According to the Act on Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services published on November 28th 2005 (Official Gazette 140/05) Insurance Comapanies Supervisory Authority, Croatian Securities Commission and Agency for Supervision of Pension Funds nad Insurance have stopped their work.
At the same date Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services (HANFA) commenced its work as their legal adherent.
